TRANSFORMATION OFTEN BEGINS IN QUIET MOMENTS
For me, it began on a massage table in 2005—with a single session that changed everything.
My path with Craniosacral Therapy began in 2005, when I received a life-changing treatment from Dr. Sylvia Skefich, DO-CST. At the time, I had just graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Boston and was practicing massage therapy. That session opened my eyes — and heart — to the profound power of light touch. I was profoundly inspired.
Dr. Skefich became my teacher and mentor, and I had the honor of working under her guidance for five years. Those formative years laid the foundation for everything that followed. From there, I began exploring both Biodynamic and Functional approaches to Craniosacral Therapy, slowly and steadily deepening my craft.
In 2016, I began my formal studies with the Upledger Institute, which continues to shape my work today.
Now, I maintain a thriving practice in Santa Cruz, California, where I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I see Craniosacral Therapy as one of many tools on the healing path — a gentle and powerful way to come home to the body, the breath, and the self.
When I’m not in session, you can find me with my family, creating art, dancing in community, or walking the Red Road with reverence and gratitude.
